Belize offer shores Best value in the Caribbean

The emerging luxury real estate market of Belize provides real estate investors with some of the best value in the Caribbean and Central America, says a top agent.
The price for a luxury home in Belize is under US$1million, less than half the $2million average luxury home price across the globe, according to SANCAS Realty, the exclusive Christie’s International Real Estate for Belize.
The agency’s 34-page Luxury Emerging 2016 Belize Real Estate Report, available free to download at luxuryemerging.com, is claimed to be the most comprehensive review ever produced of the Belize emerging luxury real estate market.

Despite increased media attention, Belize remains as perhaps the best kept secret in the Caribbean real estate market.  Its English-speaking population, bountiful natural amenities, stable government, and extremely low property taxes make Belize a premier real estate option when compared to many other better-known locations.
Caribbean real estate continues to be in extremely high demand among Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals. Private islands such as Royal Palm Island provide wealthy investors with extreme privacy and an abundance of natural amenities not found in traditional real estate markets.

Ambergris Caye, the Cayo District, and the Placencia Peninsula are the hottest markets in Belize with foreign nationals representing 95% or more of the buyers in key beachfront areas.
The quality and volume of new luxury-class inventory is increasing rapidly driven largely by increased media attention and international airlift into the nation, says the report.
North Ambergris Caye will expand rapidly over the mid-term as the Belize government builds new infrastructure including road improvements and a proposed new international airport.
